Unable to attach Ad after Upgrading to 5.1.8

Hello,

I'm not able to get our Ad to show up after upgrading to 5.1.8. I've tried deleting it and creating from scratch with no luck.

I'm not seeing any error. I just never see the ad show up on the saved page.
