    Hello,

    Please provide more details regarding:
    > what method you use to send emails (PHP mail function or SMTP)
    > what modifications were made recently to your server (PHP upgrade from X version to Y version)
    > what settings were modified recently to your vbulletin

    Kind regards,
    George.

If emails are not working, you should run the email diagnostic function. AdminCP > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Email Test

If you get no error message, and receive the email, ALL EMAILS are being sent, and there are no problems with the vBulletin side, or server side of things.

If you get an error, you need to tell us what that error is.

If you get no error, but do not get the email, vBulletin is sending the emails out just fine, but the email is not reaching you. This can be from:
      - Sending server not configured correctly to send
      - Receiving Server Rejecting emails
      - Receiving account rejecting emails

The only thing we have any control of is vBulletin itself, and as long as the diagnostic runs and sends the email out, vBulletin is working.

        OK
I can't send e-mail and no one is receiving them
Also registration confirmation is not working

        I got this

I do not know how long I had this issue and I'm lost now but this started happening after vbulletin Techs transfer my cloud forum to my host forum , and since then its not been working.

I thought this was a bug, but I guess it was vBulletin
        SMTP: tls://smtp.mandrillapp.com:587
        SMTP Username: [email protected]
The mailing function returned an error while trying to send the mail.
The following errors were outputted by PHP when attempting to send mail:

Warning: 435 Authorization to the SMTP server failed in .../includes/class_mail.php on line 718

Don't use the SMTP function, or put your own in.

Those are our details, which won't work after you move off the vBCloud platform.
