I messed up and deleted the terms and conditions page. Now the link at the bottom of the main page just shows Invalid Page URL. Is there anyway to get this back?

Any way to add the ability to navigate to the next page at the bottom of the forums? As it stands now, I have to scroll back up and then go to page 2 etc.... -
Users find it easier to navigate if you can go to the next page at the bottom. However, there is no 'next page' or previous page option. And there is no page navigation at the bottom. How do I set this... -

I searched those keywords in style search but the page that came up were not that page. Or maybe it isn't a page. -
https://forum.vbulletin.com/trending works fine.
But with 5.6 vanilla install, /trending gives "Invalid page url" error page.
Please advise...
