Turn off New Post Emails

Ok this one is going to sound stupid. But every time there is a post to my forums (any channel) I get an email notifying me that "There is a new post in forum..."

How do I shut this off? I couldn't find anything in the AdminCP I am getting hundreds of these emails.

Go to your Profile -> User Settings -> Notifications

I suddenly got e-mails for every post in my forum

My fault entirely, but I did some screwing around in AdminCP (Yes, I know I should have kept track), and afterwards I have started getting an e-mail for every new post in the forum.
