I am using a new Cloud ver 5.1.7 VB board and the users are not getting their notifications very consistently. Sometimes they get them and sometimes they don't. Is there a setting I need to check?

Im aware of this. I even created 2 videos on how to setup notifications. The problem I am having is that sometimes the board sends notifications of replies or posts and sometimes it doesn't.Comment

We have vBulletin 5.2 and at the moment there are users complaining that they are not receiving notifications of posts even though notifications are turned ON. I have subscribed to one of these forums...Fri 14 Apr '17, 5:41am -
Our users are getting notifications if their notification settings are set to ON. However, they are not getting notifications if their settings are set to ON DAILY. Any idea how we can fix this? -
This is a strange one. Today I get 2 notifications that DemOnstar commented on DemOnstars reply.
