Error messages

After the removal of 2 posts and Simultaneously, the user banned, I get the following error by all the members.

Does anyone know a solution?

I am currently using version 5.1.6

Is upgrading to 5.1.7 a possible solution?

I would suggest raising a support ticket, so we can have a look at your site.
We'll need admincp access, and an ftp login.
