topic deleted - can you help?

One of my members (logged in) clicked on a photo attachment in a post from another member and then the whole topic closed and showed "Unapproved" and the topic is now deleted. Why has this happened??

I don't even have a box to check so I can't select it and delete it (which I would really like to do) out of the topics list.

The time shown in the image below changes all the time to reflect the time on my computer...........isn't that a little weird?

Your help would be much appreciated as I am very new to VBulletin. Thanks!

I have no idea what this was all about, but 24 hours later (I was asleep) this topic was automatically restored!!
