Disable upload of file or image in editor

Hi guys,
I am trying to prevent from uploading file or image to my host.
I have test this way:
Admincp/usergroup/manage usergroup/Can Upload Attachments: I have changed to NO!
But user still can upload image and file into host!
How can I solve this problem?

Hi guys,
I would like to disable "upload attachments" and "upload images" in the text editor.
I have attached related images.
Also I want to restrict font and size of all posts to tahoma 13.
please tell me how can I do them.

In vB5 there are several permissions regarding images:

Under AdminCP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > [Edit any usergroup] you will find

• Can create attachment
• Maximum Attachments per Post
• Can Upload Attachments

Regarding images there is

• Can create photo gallery
• Can create photo (handles the camera icon in the editor, I guess)

You can also set attachment permissions under AdminCP > Attachments > Attachment Permissions on a per-usergroup basis.

Then you can handle attachment permissions for every channel under AdminCP > Channel Management > Channel Permissions.
