Database error in Table cache e.g. when editing phrases Error 1205

i did - wit a huge of other tuning:

max_allowed_packet = 256M
max_connections=200
table_open_cache=256
max_delayed_threads=20
max_tmp_tables=32
query_cache_type=1
query_cache_size=4M
thread_cache_size=4
innodb_use_native_aio=0
open_files_limit=10000
innodb_lock_wait_timeout=120

now it seems gone...

You can increase the value for timeout in your MySQL configuration.

Have you tried optimizing your phrases table?

If i translate phrases and save, some times i get database errors in table "cache" with error No. 1205 "Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction".

Some idea? MySQL Configuration or what?
