Can't create Blog "Error appears"

Hi, i just want to ask why i can't create blog, everytime i try to add by click (+blog entry), an error appeared that say "Error creating user blog channel". Also i'm getting an error in admincp which say "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 117 bytes) in/home/infocus/public_html/ar/forum/core/vb/database/mysqli.php on line " I ask my host provider if the sqli is enabled and they confirm that it was indedd enabled. Please advice me what to do. I uploaded screenshot for my problems. If their is anything you need to better help me, please dont hesistate to ask. Thanks.
