Hi, when a new user is created, and the verification email is activated, the email that arrive is just showing code, no user, no activation ID, or anything, i m sending attached picture. Thanks

That is a vBulletin 4 email phrase. The vBulletin 5 phrase should look like:

Thank you for registering at the {2}. Before we can activate your account one last step must be taken to complete your registration.
