    Not satisfied: Support ticket without response

    I oppend support ticket in Feb 8th after purchasing one month support, there is no response until now.

    Please reply to my support ticket.

        Sometimes issues rest with the developers, the support team can only relay updates. If there's an issue with the code, it requires developer input which may not always be available immediately.

        I will try to find out the situation here though, and come back to you.
