I have a pretty active forum at gatorchatter.com. It seems that at least once or twice a day the latest threads showing on the main forum list do not update and show the latest posts, or a new post will show from the correct user name but the previous posters avatar. A quick clearing of the system cache updates everything and returns it to normal. This has been happening from 5.1.1 all the up to 5.1.5,. Any idea what might cause it or what I can do about it? Is there some kind of setting I don't know about?

Is this happening with logged in users as well as guests?
I would recommend disabling the guest cache- it is disabled by default now but wouldn't be if you've been using VB5 for several versions. In the Admin CP go to settings -> Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Minutes to Cache Content for Guests, set it to 0 (zero). -
It's already set to zero. I get complaints from logged in users about it all the time, so it's definitely happening to them.Comment

I am running 5.5.5 and I have noticed that latest activity timings are not updating promptly. It seems to be cache-related as when I clear the system cache the times update.

I'm told that Vbulletin 5 Connect does not have any kind of way to differentiate between users of Guest posts. This is very strange to me.

The Statistics Module on my forum... www.swhorizons.net ...is displaying 18 topics and 21 posts, when in reality there are only 8 topics and 11 posts. Is the module bugged, is there someway to set it...
