I'm not sure this is ok. You are using the Ad module for HTML code. I think the Ad module is made for scripts like Google Adsense to be displayed.

For the HTML code maybe you need to use the 'Static HTML' Module instead?

You can use HTML in the Ad Module as long as it is modern HTML 5 code and is properly formatted. For instance the <center> tag does not exist in HTML 5. As such browsers can refuse to render it and everything within it.
