    SSL Image Proxy

Is there a way to proxy images from posts and signatures to a https proxy site on my server. Since http images give a warning on https enabled sites in most browsers.

    Example:
    Forum: https://forum.mysite.com
    User posts image http://example.com/image.png
The image should now be output as https://myproxy.mysite.com/?url=http....com/image.png

bitcointalk.org has such system but not on vBulletin.

Is it possible to do the same on vbulletin?

At this time, there is nothing like this. Though it may be a useful feature, or addon.

Then vBulletin is not competitive. You should really add such feature in the next version.

You would need to write a improvement request in the bug tracker, have it get votes, and then hope that it will be implemented. I'm not actually aware of any provider(s) who offer this solution out of the box for forum software at this time.

Could you give me at least an idea on how to restrict access to the php image proxy, so that only images posted on the forums can be viewed?

Sorry, that is outside the scope of our support.
