Attachments - Views always show 1

    Hello,

Just wondering if this is a known issue, or if its just me.
No matter how many times a file has been downloaded, the attachment always shows as '1 view'.
Is there a fix for this?

    Regards

Do you have a steady flow of traffic for the site? Attachment views are updated hourly.

If you login to the AdminCP, are any of your tasks showing a next run date of in the past? If they are, edit and save them. You should note that they're now set to run in the future again.

      Scheduled Tasks you mean?

      Haven't touched this at all.

That is what I was referring to, has anyone besides yourself viewed the attachments, and have they been uploaded for more than a few hours?

Yes, our whole site, constantly its 1 view only, no matter how long they have been there fore.

Classic example was one from last night, I uploaded a program for a customer, customer then downloaded and commented on it. Still shows 1 view, even after me downloading it also on my other computer.

Even above attachments are 1 view only.
Be interesting to see if those go up...

                Hi Wayne

I dont think that is the right thing...

Description of that one is "If you attach just ONE file to a post, it says "1 views". It should be "1 view" (without the "s")."

That is not what I am talking about. The issue here is the "1 View" never changes to 2, 3, 4 etc... it stays on 1 it seems.

                James

                    Great thank you.

Whats this 'Badger' its talking about?
Is this a code name for a future release or something?
                    Thanks

                    James

Badger is a backlog queue for issues which support has deemed important or impacting customers. Its slightly higher than backlog.

At this time there is no fix for this I'm afraid. Updates would be in the bug report.
