Currently you cannot use custom profile fields in the UserInfo shown on threads.

Thanks, postbit template is not in vbulletin 5, I asked this question in vbulletin.org long ago and never responded.

Besides the flags i need to add other fields.

You'd need to make the options the same as the names of the flag images, then call these in the postbit template with {vb:raw post.fieldxx}.gif, where xx is the profile field id number.
