Moved topic still on OLD URL

After moving a topic to another channel , the Old URL of the topic still remains, and its also showing the old breadcrumb.

This is a known bug: VBV-4701
May be worth adding your comments to this issue.

You can manually fix it in Site Builder by editing the page when viewing the topic, saving without making a change, and editing the URL manually in the field that appears.
