Can you replicate the problem on the official demo?
If so, I would recommend logging this as a bug in the Tracker.MARK.B

I've the same problem with my admin account (and all other user group, except unregistered user, see below) on post forum and image tools on beta 26.

I have not managed to reproduce the beta forum but you use thumbnails and not me.
1) However, through my trials beta forum I perceived that we could not do the alignment with thumbnails.
2) More, link on the thumbnails have a lightbox relationship for a display via the library with the same name. It does not work.
<a href="http://www.vbulletin.com/vb5demo/filedata/fetch?filedataid=1393&d=1358971947" id="filedata1393" class="bbcode-attachment" rel="Lightbox_0"><img src="http://www.vbulletin.com/vb5demo/filedata/fetch?filedataid=1393&d=1358971947&thumb=1" border="0" alt="i" class="thumbnail"></a>
3) For unregistered user, it's impossible to see the attachments. This is a problem because the image editor use attachments instead of [img] tag.
4) When editing a post with an attachment (image editor) we end up with code that looks like this [ATTACH = CONFIG] n1392 [/ ATTACH] and we can no longer use the image editor .
5) Resizing the image editor does not work. In the editor we can see the resized image, but in the display of the topic, this is not the case.
