Normal User Promoted to Administrator does not see the admin bar

Hello,

I promoted a regular user to an Administrator but when he logs in to the forum he does not see the administrator bar at the top. Currently only the Primary User gets to see that. Is there something I am missing?

You'll need to edit Administrator permissions ( AdminCp->Usergroups->Administrator Permissions then Click edit permissions for new administrator )
