Error while attempting to change user's info

Hello,

When trying to change a user's custom title, I'm having an issue. An error message appears and the change is not made. Here's the message:

You're not running 5.1.4, per the error message

You need to go to the members area, download the latest 5.1.4 package, upload ALL of the new files, and run the upgrader.
