People who liked not working with RTL

I found small bug which was reported from one of my users.

when a user click on the "Vote" link, it suppose open the "People who liked", but for some reason it doesn't! I have found after trying that the "People who liked" pop up works fine when I use LTR text direction but it doesn't appear when I use the RTL text. noting that my forum is in Arabic language (RTL)

I have searched in JIRA and found this issue: http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBV-10839 but this issue seems only for overlapping by X button

    Any idea?

Vote link? There isn't a vote link. Do you mean the like link?

Make sure to report it in the bug tracker so we can get it fixed.

Just to put it out there, we're aware of the growing number of RTL users (by way of reported RTL bugs). Please continue to report bugs so that we're aware of them and can continue to address them.
