First edit registered user group, and turn off permissions for polls. Create a new user group with the same permissions as registered users and add permission to use polls, then create a promotion based on promotion strategy "posts" to that user group. You'll find the user group manager and promotions in the usergroups category in admincp.

I would like that only registered users with 50 posts or more can create or participate in polls?

How can I se this up?
