Which addon are you referring to? Groups is a standard feature of vBulletin 3.6 and higher.

I saw the site, I am looking at it now, well not now exactly now but I am sure you know what I mean. [Or would hope so].

It is very populated with stuff, too much stuff for me personally but yeah, very populated and complicated.
Nice if you want that kind of thing and you have enough content to fill the spaces.
Useless if you don't......
