There is a setting at AdminCP > Options > Message Editing and posting options > Maximum Images/Videos Per Post.

Btw, do you have any idea why the thumbnail image is so small if posted via the camera icon thru mobile? is there any way to increase the image size?

As, i noticed that we cannot change the thumbnail size or upload picture file attachment via the mobile and this has become rather restrictive for my forum members.

I tried changed the setting at AdminCP > Options > Message Editing and posting options > Maximum Images/Videos Per Post = 0 and each usergroup i have also changed the setting of maximum attachment per post = 30.

But I am still getting the same error of limitation of 5 attachment per posts, may I know if there is any other setting which i have missed out.

My vBulletin version is 5.1.3 Patch Level 3.

          Please help

so far i do not think our members has been using the galleries. Our thinking is , the camera icon and attachments (both function) are meant for inserting photos. And the limitation is always 5 photos, which we do not understand why.

Sorry, i am new to vBulletin, thanks for replying.

Maximum Attachments per Post is a per usergroup per channel level setting.

Is there a global setting which allows all registered user to post more than 5? As we are running toys collector forum therefore most members would like to show case their 'art' piece.

The global setting is to edit each usergroup and allow them to upload as many as you want.

Go to Usergroups -> Channel Permissions. Look at any channels in red (which means custom permissions) and make sure they are adjusted as well.
