Email subjects of arabic language not showing correct

      PLease open new topics for current issues. This topic is over 3 years old and isn't really relevant to 5.4.2.

      We don't provide and Arabic translation. As such, the phrasing can become out of date in the AdminCP under Languages & Phrases -> Phrase Manager -> Email Subject Phrases and provide your own translations. As emails are always sent in plain text, this can cause problems if you use UTF-8 Characters.
