cannot open old topics invalid URL

    Hello
I was trying to fix the mobile suit to work with my arabic forum and I read here that that utf-8 encoding is required for that.
So I created a new database with utf8 and converted my old database data to utf8. At the end my forum home page was working and I was able to send and receive pm to users. However, the threads sections and topic where not accessible due to invalid URL encoding. I tried to fix this with no success. So I gave up for now and decided to go back to my original settings where everything was working fine.
so I went back to use my original database (Latin 1 encoding) and changed back the config.php to its original settings (commented config['Mysqli']['charset'] = 'utf8').
I also changes the language encoding back to windows-1256.
Now I have a new big probelm
old topics are not accessible anymore. I keep getting
Invalid Page URL. If this is an error and the page should exist, please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message

    New topics are working fine.
I noticed when moving the mouse over an old topic title the url is not encoded correctly and Arabic letters do not appear in the link correctly. How can I fix this.
    Thank you.

      Hello

Can you please try uploading the attached file to your /core/admincp directory, and then run it in your browser?

      NOTE: Backup your database first!

First, thanks a lot for your help and response.
        Second, I followed your instructions

        I backedup the db
I uploaded the given file in /core/admincp directory
I run the file using the file url
a page appeared with a list of all titles I check all the checkboxes and clicked fix

and it helped a lot but there is still one problem
What was fixed was the following issues
        - the url encoding now is perfect and I can see the arabic letters of the topic title and the section in the url in the correct symbols
        - I can access the sections with no problem
        - I can access the topics (having only one word as a title) inside the sections
        - Topics that has a title consisting more than work (most of them are not accessible)
I noticed on the urls of the topics
some were encoded in a way that the space within the title is converted to - and those are accessible fine
        for example

However other topics that has multiple word for some reason the space between the words appear in the url as %20 and the link becomes not accessible.

So I think the issue is on the encoding of the space for some of the topic with titles having multiwords

        Thanks again
        I almost lost hope

            Hello
Sorry if I was not clear in my past response.
This is an example of an old url that is not working
image 1 showing the url in the status bar of the browser when the mouse is over the title of the thread and before clicking

as you can see in the pic
the encoding is fine and there are spaces between words
            after actualling clicking the link
            this is the result

as u can see the spaces become %20 but the thread itself is not accessible and the page is saying invalid page url

this is the above linked shown in the last images

Note: Arabic letters do not appear here in my response
            -----------------------------------

I also noticed that some topics still have the encoding problem
            for example this link

This is an image showing the encoding as it appears in my browser

I guess the urlfixer.php didn't fix all the nodes in the node table inside the database.

I hope with the pictures u can understand clearly the problem and thanks in advanced for ur help.
