Still an issue in 5.5.0. When editing ads in header, and elsewhere. Even when deactivating ads and deleting them, they still show.

This doesn't happen on a default installation.

Please start your own thread with full details of the problem and we will try to assist.

I just started copying my ads from my old system to vb5 and ran into the same issue described here.

Ads are showing fine... then I alter some HTML... and then the error message is poping up, even though the HTML code is valid.
I have no idea how to debug this issue.
The only thing that helps is going down to the database, removing the respective row in table template.

          Any ideas?

Templates are "locked" when being edited. Ads are stored in templates. Edit conflicts happen when you try to edit templates on multiple browsers or windows.

This can also occur if you're editing in one window and delete an ad*** template in another.
