Admin Notification eMail

I have my site set where new registrations have to verify their email address, then wait for Admin to accept them as a member. Everything seems to work fine, except I (Admin) am not getting the email notification that a new member has registered. I entered my email address in the Settings - Options - User Registration Options - Email Address to Notify About New Members box, but it doesn't send me an email when someone registers. Double-checked that email address is correct and not in spam box.

Is there some other place I need to make a change?
