PHP widgets handled different in vB5?

I copy n pasted the PHP code from the Forums Block Manager section of my vB4 test install (which worked fine) to a PHP widget in B19, but get a blank white page. No err msgs at all in the Apache err logs.

I am using the code on my site, and recall having to add a $output='<code stuff>'; and return $output; to the code to get it to work in vB4.

More likely the code in your forum blocks manager doesn't work anymore. Retrieving forums or other channels is completely different in vBulletin 5 than the code you would use in vBulletin 4.

Seems odd. I even removed the two bits above and replaced with the original echo '';. Still no work in 5.

What is the code you're using?
