RSS Feed error ! Help me!

When run "Run Scheduled Task Now" the error "That action could not be completed. Please try again, and if this occurs again please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message."
Help me fix! Plz

Does this happen for every task? (And why are you running them manually?)

yes every task . When I delete 1 task as well as on. "That action could not be completed. Please try again, and if this occurs again please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message."

Preview Feed is good but can't run

I mean, is it every Scheduled Task or just the RSS Posterbot task (which is what your title implies). The RSS Posterbot has many bug reports in regarding it at the moment - search RSS in Jira and you will see.

when uncheck task and save is error "Fatal error: Unable to proceed with save while $errors array is not empty in class vB_DataManager_RSSFeed in [path]/vb/datamanager.php on line 944"

As I said, there are a ton of bug reports in Jira about the RSS posterbot. Did you take a look at any of them? If you don't see it there, then you should probably enter this one too.
