Beta 19 -General Settings - No way to set up meta tags

I am looking at the documentation for general settings and see I should be able to enter metatags for keywords and description but there is nothing in the General Settings for Beta 19 to do this. Number of pages visible in page navigator and number of jumps are also missing. It starts with Enable Access Masks - so it appears that whole section is missing?

How to resolve this?

Settings which are no longer relevant have been removed or moved to Site Builder.

To Edit your Meta Tags, you would need to edit the pages in Site Builder. When you save them, you can apply Meta Keywords and Descriptions. You can use different information for each page (including individual forums) doing this.

Page Navigation options are no longer available. All pages will be accessible via the new page navigation. Jumps are unnecessary as users can type any page number and go to it directly.
