Embedded video Disappears when clicked

Version 5.1.4

If I embed a youtube video using the editor video button, the video simply disappears when clicked. No error messages. I found a similar thread from 5.1.2 that said tapatalk caused it, I disabled it and the problem remains. Any ideas?

Try putting the site into debug mode, then go the admincp. There will be a new "Rebuild" section on the left, in that will be "Rebuild Video BBCodes".
Run that, then take the site out of debug mode again.
