Time is hour off

Time on my site is an hour too fast. I have tried changing all settings and even changed timezone within php.ini to "American/Chicago", which it shows correct in my php config. I talked to the hosting provider if there was something on there end, but they deny it and blame the forum software. Any ideas where I should look? I have changed "Date and Time Options" and have also changed my user options, nothing seems to fix the issue.

Changing the timezone in your user options should resolve it. The time doesn't currently adjust automatically for daylight savings time. If it does not, you need to contact your hosting provider or server administrator to make sure the time zone on the server is accurate for your timezone.

There is a fix coming in an upcoming version (5.1.5 or 5.1.6, I forget which) that accounts for this.
