    Uploaded images not displaying

Not sure when this started, but images are not longer displaying. We have images stored in the database and have since day one. Images were displayed before, but we noticed last night that they no longer show.

The images are being stored in the database, as I can see them in the SQL tables. We only have 3 attachments at this point and the images are Kb's, so size shouldn't be an issue.

We are currently on 5.1.3 and below is the screenshot of the diagnostics. I would also like to mention, that if I pull the image from a url it works just fine. I'm assuming there is something wrong with the fetch. Any ideas?

Upgraded to 5.1.4, it fixed a lot of annoyances, but not this one.

Sorry, forgot to mention these are .jpg and .png that were tried. I am also using GD for Image Settings. Anything else, please let me know and I will provide.

Get your webhost to set a valid upload_tmp_dir for the php configuration.

This is already setup and it shows within the info.php.

If you have updated that, then please show us the results of maintenance > diagnostics > upload with the new settings.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

The image is there, but it's a bunch of gobblygook (is that a word?).

What version of PHP on the server?

Were you ever able to upload images and have other users view them (not yourself since it is cached and you could be just viewing the cached image).

See here for what happens. It just shows the image thing that shows when it can't load.

PHP version is 5.4.34, all the forum requisites are met.
