On a default installation CSS is not stored as files. You should still check the setting manually.

What happened is, as zeropaid points out, you have no style showing.

What to do to fix it? That's another question entirely.

You have posted to several threads that relate to the config files. Are you possibly having issues with those still?

Looks like it can't find your Style or the path to your core is incorrect.
