Adding after post prefixes not work

Hi guys !.
When I try to edit the title to add a prefix (which they have not added code when they originally posted it) change, that I can do or what might be going on is not saved?

I can't replicate this problem. Are you running VB 5.1.3?

Have you tried clearing the cache from the Admin CP -> Maintenance?
