Admin CP has style, forums do not - fresh install

See the screenshot below, there are no styles and the links don't work. Install went without a hitch.. don't know what the deal is.

Appreciate any guidance.

Stab in the dark here - are you trying to store stylesheets as files by any chance?

It's really hard to debug anything from a screenshot - especially one that doesn't include things like the URL.

Are the css paths that are being referenced in the page source correct?

The problem comes from the URL that you provided. Is a problem related to the URL using localhost. I installed same way with xampp and get that result. Try instead of http://localhost/mysite/forum just localhost/mysite/forum or with IP address http://12.34.567.89/mysite/forum

Else make sure that this link corresponds with the one set in ACP -> Settings -> Options -> Site Name / Address / Contact Details in the Forum URL section.

How can you log back in to admin when you even cant see the site almost, I log in to url/admincp/ but when I log in then the admin page do not come even when I click on "Admin"
