Hard Delete

Is there a way to have the user group "moderator" to ONLY use the soft delete and not hard delete? This way the admin can recover any threads accidently deleted.

Edit their Moderator Permissions.

Channels -> Show All Moderators

Edit the user in question and remove their "Physically Delete" permission.
