some issues i see so far

I cannot add color to user titles

it also does not show validating members in the que it just says awaiting members 0 but if you click on it then they show

also I get an erorr message about sending a welcome PM

and signatures I have a totlal of one signature that uploaded but anyone else that tries it says

Error saving signature: no_permission_images

problem with that is they are in the same group as the first account that has the signature saved??

5. We were going to remove the Mod CP as all moderation should be used with the inline tools. However some files in the AdminCP require it to be there so the necessary files were restored. Any issues with the ModCP should be added to JIRA.

not so much text its just an image for example I may not have the correct size settings for it possibly... its just been a while since i have used vbulletin so it's some what a refresher course

ill keep messing with it just to see if I can get it to work I just thought of that
