    Thanks.

    We are unable to remove these in thr admincp so will probably have to do this via a database query.

    Please could you enable query running access for this login in the file core/includes/config.php:

    Find:
    Code:
    $config['SpecialUsers']['canrunqueries'] = '';
    Change to:
    Code:
    $config['SpecialUsers']['canrunqueries'] = '1';
    Add the userid into that line.

          Ok problem fixed.

          As suggested earlier in this thread, the problem was caused by paid subscriptions existing in the database.

          I was unable to remove these in the AdminCP, so instead removed them with an SQL query.

          I believe this matter is already logged in the tracker - however I'll liaise with my colleagues and make sure everything's covered off.

              As this feature is not available in vB5, do you have any problem with deleting them?
              Not supported as in "ever" or not supported as in "not yet." Certainly deleting them for now is a way to make it work in a test area, but wouldn't be practical when a final solution is available unless that part of the system is not going to be supported in the future.

                We will return support for paid subscriptions in an upcoming release. This will be post 5.0.0 but as far as I am aware it will be pre 5.1.0.

                  Looks like the issue with upgrading with the subscriptions there may be fixed in a later release, however have added a comment to this Jira just incase as I think the problem I have also is related
