How can i enable comments in my forum at posts?

Hello,

You need to turn it on globally in AdminCP > Settings > Options > message posting and editing options > Topic Comment Posting and then enable it per usergroup in the usergroup manager (and channel permissions, if per forum).

If you have further questions, you will need to post in the forums as your license does not give you access to ticket support.

Ok. The comments option is enabled, I have the "Can comment" option on usergroup permission enabled, but I continue not to be able to comment. See a prt scr:

This is a support ticket i have created, although the support via tickets expired 2 days before, so I post it here at the forum. Please, can someone answered my question?
I have replaced, the dates and names from the staf with X characters(to hide them).

Did you make sure to check Usergroups > Channel Permissions > and check any modified usergroup permissions per forum?

Checked. The channel permisions are not modified. The permission "Can comment" is enabled (is set to "Yes").
The problem continues.

Are you running 5.1.3? Can you post a screenshot of the settings in Usergroup Manager > the usergroup the user is in (Registered Users?) > Post/Topic Permissions

There is a 3rd option: AdminCP > Channel Management > Channel Permissions.
Here you can change permissions per channel and usergroup and this also has a "Can Comment" option. Make sure it is set to "Yes".

Lynne, when I said the usergroup (administrator) has the right permission, it has! However, you continue to ask me for print screen, to validiate that, like you dont believe me, I said yes, which means yes and the usergroup has the permission to comment! Also I have not modified the permission for this channel, it's the admin's default (I'm trying to post comments with the admin account) http://prntscr.com/54jmfg

I have followed up in a ticket to request admincp access so I can check this out more closely since it really should show up if you have those settings enabled.
