How to delete posts by a user who has been deleted?

Unfortunately, you will have to manually find and delete them at this point. When the user is deleted they are all switched to "Guest User" posts and there is no way to delete those in the AdminCP.Translations provided by Google.

After deleting a user I end up not beeing able to modify or delete any of his posts. -
Soft delete notice to the user? is this allready integrated?
Sometimes I like to let my users know why their message is/are deleted....
