modify boxes to the right

How do I modify the boxes to the right that say "Sample video" and "Default vBulletin Forum" ?

Go into Site Builder and edit the page. Each Module will get a pencil icon which you can click on to edit it. Or if you want to delete it, click on the trashcan icon.
