This is not related to sitemap but the Google Analytics script on your page throws a js error. You should not include the <script></script> tags in the Google Analytics code in AdminCP as the footer template already adds these tags.

Have you tried rebuilding the sitemap manually and then re-submitting it?
I remember someone having an issue whereby the sitemap was corrupted when build automatically, yet fine when built manually.

The sitemap is not a critical issue. The sitemap is not a make you or break you feature. The sitemap working does not increase your traffic 10 fold, and then when not working decrease it.

The site map doesn't bring traffic to your site or improve your Google Search rankings. What does it links to your content from external sites. The more links you have the better off you will be in the search engine results. What the site maps does is help spider your site and get it into the index, something that happens naturally anyway.

However I suspect your issue is with your language. Since your images don't show anything that we can take action on, it will be difficult to resolve.

I have just upgraded my live site to vB5. Where is the best place in vB5 to put the Google Analytics code?

Put your GA code into the GA box in the settings area, follow the instructions for it.

And remember not to include the <script></script> tags in the GA box. The footer template is already adding them when it fetches the GA code.

I remove the <script></script> tags in the GA box but still I received unknow errors in the sitemaps.

Is the problem due to the Arabic characters in the url???

your GA code has nothing to do with your sitemap.

Is the language really the problem???

I use the Xenforo for the other site www.saudibenaa.com and the sitemaps are indexed in Google without any issue.

Unfortunately your screenshot gives absolutely no information about what the error is or how it can be resolved. Having a list of urls and a list saying each one has an error is not helpful.

I hate to bump old threads, but I can't find Google Analytics in Options
                        running 5.3.2

                        Thanks
