Error code %1$s in page manager

Actually I am new to vBulletin.
While creating Forum and Category by using Site Builder > Page Manager am getting this Error:

Error fetching the channels.(Error code %1$s)
Please try again.


This is from when I accidentally deleted default "Forum" in Channel Manager. Please do the needful for me.

You will need to reinstall so the Forum Channel is there. It is necessary and required.
