    Autoapprove posts for new members

Is there a way to set to 0 the number of messages moderated for new members?

You can turn off the moderation of posts. Are they in the Registered Usergroup? If so, go to Usergroup Manager > edit Registered Usergroup (or whatever group they are in) > Require Moderation for Posts to No and Follow Channel Moderation Rules to Yes. If you have custom permissions for the usergroups per channel, then do the same thing for Channel Permissions > edit any edited version of that Usergroup in a Channel.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

I already have these settings both on Registered users and on Channel Permissions.

What should be set under: Edit channel permissions for group "Registered Users" in Channel "X":
      - Use Custom Permissions
      or
      - Inherit from parent(this will delete any existing permissions) ?

If you have Inherit from parent, then it will have the same permissions as the parent channel. If you are using Custom Permissions for that channel, then you need to modify it as I stated in post 2.

I have checked this setting over and over again these days and they are configured exactly as in previous posts.

          Any further tip/idea?

Is it only members of one usergroup getting moderated, or are all posts getting moderated? Do you have any spam management set - AdminCP > Settings > Options > Spam Management > Anti-Spam Service?

It looks that works good without Akismet.
By the way, in the 10 posts moderated are counted also the deleted ones?
Will have to check with a new user.

No, I don't believe the deleted ones will count towards the 10 posts.

It works without Akismet even for new members. I disabled it, I have no problem with this.

Lynne, thanks again! One last issue and you will be done with me... for a while!
