    Loggin in problems

I'm having problems logging into my account on vb5.

When logging in through the login menu (top right) i put my details in the required fields (username/password) click log in and nothing happens.

When accessing the admincp i receive this message: That action could not be completed. Please try again, and if this occurs again please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message.

Also when registering there is no CAPTCHA image to display. It's just a blank box.

    www.eva-gaming.com

    -- UPDATE --

I still get the above error on the main index however if you click Login or Sign up (Top Right) you can see a replica image of forums but with my profile logged in.

However i can log into my ModCp but i receive a blank page. Where with Admincp it display the above message.

    Any help is much appreciated.

It sounds like your forum url, in the AdminCP was set incorrectly.
Or your system core path, and or web core path have been set incorrectly.

Clear your cookies for the site and try logging in again. Also try different browsers.

Finally make sure the cookie path in both config.php files is the same.

It definitely looks like something is wrong in your config.php files or your base url. You can put in a ticket to me with ftp/login information and I can take a look.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

Lynne will be able to figure it out I am sure but I can tell right now you don't have a /core/ directory... http://www.eva-gaming.com/core/ should exist but it doesn't.

I can't fathom why tho since i used the makeconfig.php file and it's in my directory. Looking at the config it seems fine too. As you said though Lynne will figure it out.

                    Thanks for the responses!
