what an answer, my 5 years old son can give that answer too. therefore vBulletin 5 is very slow in its development. they have no train to catch.

There was an announcement at one point that said it would be released this year. I'm not sure if that meant the beta would be released or if Gold would be released. You have all the information that we have. When there is more information about the release, someone will post it in the vBulletin Announcements forum

The beta has been available for two weeks. There are a lot of issues to resolve before gold. The estimate is before the end of the year. We can't get any more specific than that. Right now, many people feel we've been too fast in our development of the new product and are pushing it out before it is ready. We're making sure it is ready.
