I ve upraded to vb5 where is facebook connect?

FB Connect is built-in. but you probably mean the Facebook App.

I also cannot see it in my members area for my vB5 license.

Yea i mean facebook app. it was free with upgrade and vb 5

It will be made available to you as soon as it is available. Currently it has not been rewritten to work with vBulletin 5.

There's an issue in the members area that's preventing it from being available.

They hope to have it fixed soon.
